Author Guidelines

1. Submission Overview

Authors are invited to submit original manuscripts that align with the journal’s aims and scope. All submissions undergo an initial editorial assessment to determine their suitability for peer review.

Before submission, authors must ensure that:

  • All listed authors have consented to be named and have made substantial intellectual contributions.
  • Necessary permissions have been obtained for any copyrighted material (e.g., images, datasets).
  • Where applicable, research involving human participants or animals has received ethical approval from an appropriate committee, in compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., Declaration of Helsinki).

Manuscripts that do not meet basic quality standards or the journal’s scope may be desk-rejected.

2. Editorial Process & Timeline

  • Initial Evaluation: 7-14 days.
  • Peer Review & Decision: The editorial decision (accept, revise, or reject) is typically communicated within 4–8 weeks after submission. This process involves assessment by at least three independent reviewers.
  • Author Publication Limit: To ensure diversity of content, an author serving as first or corresponding author is advised not to publish more than three papers in the journal within a calendar year. Multiple concurrent submissions from the same author may extend the review timeline.
