Abstract

Aiming at the zero-kilometer failure problem feedback from customers, Company A analyzes the production process using Six Sigma methodology, finds out the main causes of quality problems using Pareto charts and fishbone diagrams, reduces the zero-kilometer failure PPM, greatly reduces the risk of poor-quality products flowing to the client and the losses caused by product functionality failure, and enhances the company’s brand image.
